SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM !

 

Since our start in 2012, our team of volunteer instructors has been providing weekly group classes to our students. In 2022, we started offering scholarships to help pay for private instrument lessons to qualifying participants of the group classes.

 

Through our scholarship program, every year we cover:

 - Up to 30 private half-hour lessons

 - At $15 per private lesson

 - For each qualifying student

 - During the calendar year

 

Subject to availability of funds, we offer and renew individual private-instruction scholarships to students who:

 - Are between 8 and 19 years old

 - Are regular participants of our weekly group classes

 - Are enthusiastic and dedicated music learners

 - Take their weekly scholarship lessons regularly, practice for them regularly, and show reasonable progress.

 - Priority is given to students who are in financial need, as determined by the eligibility guidelines used by programs such as the National School Lunch Program (NSLP).

 

Eligible private instructors are Utah State University music faculty members, established teachers from the community, and other instructors that these faculty members and community teachers may recommend.

 

With your cash donation, you will help sponsor the scholarships of our students. We will gratefully receive any amount you may be willing to contribute. With a donation of $450.00 you will be fully sponsoring one student for one year.
